- Document findings according to workplace procedures
- Order and receive textile materials and resources
- Select suppliers for supply of materials and resources based on their ability to meet required specifications and competitiveness
- Complete orders and place with suppliers according to own and supplier business requirements
- Monitor orders and follow up to ensure that conditions will be met
- Receive orders and check quality and content against documentation
- Process invoices for payment
